Integrity Management Expanding into Louisiana

IDP Properties is proud to announce it will be expanding its property management division, Integrity Management Company, into the Louisiana market. Integrity Management Company will solely manage the 8 properties owned by IDP in Louisiana. This expansion will add 578 units to our property management portfolio, increasing the total number of properties under management to 24 properties and 1,904 units.

IDP has grown exponentially since June 2020, expanding from 12 employees to 75 when Integrity Management Company was founded to exclusively manage IDP’s properties in Florida, Georgia, and Missouri.

IDP’s President and Principal, Rhett Holmes stated, “We are excited to expand Integrity Management Company into Louisiana to assume the property management responsibilities for our properties there. With this expansion, we will now manage the daily operations for all properties in which IDP has an ownership interest. We firmly believe that ownership management provides a heightened sense of attention to the properties, which results in a better environment for our residents.”

Under the leadership of newly appointed Vice President of Property Management, Reese Lancaster, IDP looks forward to the opportunity to serve the Louisiana market with exceptional customer service, compassion, and a commitment of providing high quality, safe, and affordable housing. In addition to taking over the current properties owned by IDP, Reese and her team will also be leasing up two new affordable communities in Mansura, LA and Lafayette, LA.
